Disney & Universal Theme Park Essentials
When planning a once in a lifetime vacation to Disney World, one big question is always asked; What should I bring?? What will I need?
I have curated a list (Amazon) with must have items I recommend as well as some items you don't want to forget. These are affiliate links: I make a small commission off of any purchase but it doesn't cost you anything extra.
Beyond your MagicBand+, Wallet, Photo ID, and Phone....these items will be life savers.
Carabiner Clips - good to hook water bottles, etc. to backpack
Reusable Silicone Straws - because paper straws or not getting any straw is kind of annoying
Electrolyte Powder Packets - Easily replace your electrolytes lost through sweating with these easy melt tablets
Portable Phone Charger This is needed. Using the My Disney Experience App in the parks will quickly drain your phone's battery, and the app is necessary to use Genie or Genie+ throughout the day. My recommendation is to purchase 2, in case you will be using your phone more often that you currently do.
Disney Rain Poncho Weather in Florida almost always includes rain in the afternoon. This rain is often quick and the skies clear very quickly afterwards. P.S. Here are child-sized ponchos
On Cloud Women's Sneakers - These worked best for me to avoid sore feet.
Blister Bandages - because sometimes we forget to put on the preventative bandages
Sunscreen - small enough for TSA carry on - just put one in everyone's bag
Face sunscreen - I am particular about not having a zinc-y look so I love this brand for face
Don't forget these items from home:
