**Terms and Conditions for Travel Services**

 

### **1. Scope of Services**

A Magical Adventure Travel Co., an independent travel agent of Hi Ho Vacations (“we,” “our,” “us”), provides travel planning and booking services, specializing in Disney vacations, cruises, and all-inclusive destinations. Our services include assisting with transportation, accommodations, tours, and other travel-related arrangements. We act as intermediaries between clients and travel service providers/travel suppliers (e.g., airlines, cruise lines, resorts) and are not the direct provider of these services.

 

### **2. Booking Process**

Clients may request quotes and bookings through our website, email, or phone. All bookings are subject to availability and the terms of the respective travel service providers. Quoted prices are subject to change until a deposit is made. A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure reservations. Clients must provide accurate information, including valid identification and travel preferences.

 

### **3. Payment Terms**

- **Deposits and Payments:** A deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be paid by the deadline provided in your booking confirmation.

- **Accepted Payment Methods:** Most travel service suppliers only accept credit/debit cards. Processing fees may apply.

- **Non-Payment Consequences:** Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking, subject to cancellation fees.

 

### **4. Fees and Charges**

- **Service Fees:** We may charge a service fee for booking or consultation services, which will be disclosed in advance.

- **Cancellation Fees:** Cancellations are subject to fees determined by both us and the travel service providers.

- **Amendment Fees:** Changes to bookings are subject to fees determined by both us and the travel suppliers.

 

### **5. Cancellation and Refund Policy**

- **Client-Initiated Cancellations:** Refunds are subject to the policies of the travel service providers. Non-refundable deposits and certain service fees may not be reimbursed.

- **Provider Cancellations:** In the event a travel service provider cancels your booking, we will assist you in securing refunds or alternative arrangements, as per their terms.

- **Refund Timelines:** Refund processing may take up to 60 days, depending on the provider’s policies.

 

### **6. Liability Disclaimer**

We act solely as intermediaries and are not responsible for:

- The actions or omissions of travel service providers/travel suppliers.

- Losses or inconveniences due to delays, cancellations, weather, or unforeseen events.

- Any injury, damage, or loss sustained during travel.

 

### **7. Travel Insurance**

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, including cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel disruptions. We are not responsible for losses resulting from a lack of insurance.

 

### **8. Changes to Itineraries**

Travel itineraries are subject to change due to weather, supplier availability, or other factors beyond our control. Any additional costs incurred due to changes will be the client’s responsibility.

 

### **9. Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements**

- Clients are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and any required travel documents are valid and comply with destination regulations. We are not liable for denied entry or other consequences arising from non-compliance.

### **10. Client Responsibilities**

Clients must:

- Verify the accuracy of travel documents and itineraries.

- Arrive on time for departures and adhere to travel provider schedules.

- Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct during travel.

 

### **11. Dispute Resolution**

Disputes will be resolved through mediation or arbitration, as agreed by both parties. This agreement is governed by the laws of Colorado.

 

### **12. Privacy Policy**

We prioritize the confidentiality of your personal information. All credit card data collected will be used solely for booking and travel arrangements. We comply with relevant data protection laws, such as GDPR and CCPA.

We may use your email address to send post-travel communication. You may opt out at any time.

 

### **13. Force Majeure**

We are not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or strikes.

 

### **14. Supplier Terms**

All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel service providers. These may include cancellation policies, baggage limits, and other rules that may supersede our terms. These terms and conditions will be in the supplier booking confirmation.

 

### **15. Marketing and Promotional Materials**

With your consent, we may use testimonials or photos from your travel experiences for marketing purposes. No personal information will be shared without prior agreement.

 

### **16. Amendments to Terms**

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
